There’s something about good coffee that makes real conversation easy. So when we dreamed up a casual Baltimore vendor coffee meetup for The BMORE Table, we knew exactly how we wanted it to feel. Warm, unhurried, and full of the kind of connection our industry needs more of.

That morning became Coffee at the Table, and it was everything we hoped for.

Why We Love a Casual Coffee Meetup

If you followed along with our first BMORE Table gathering, you know the heart behind this community. We’re building a space for Baltimore’s event vendors to actually know one another. Our bigger gatherings have their own magic, but we wanted something lower-key too.

A coffee meetup is exactly that. There’s no agenda and no pressure. Instead, there’s just coffee, pastries, and good people settling in around the same table. Because of that ease, the conversation flows naturally, and real relationships have room to grow.

Gathering at Aveley Farms Coffee Roasters

We hosted this Baltimore vendor coffee meetup at Aveley Farms Coffee Roasters in Timonium, and honestly, we couldn’t have picked a better home for it. So much of The BMORE Table first took shape over coffee, so gathering in a roastery felt exactly right.

The space was warm and welcoming. Everyone grabbed a coffee and a bite, found a seat, and eased into conversation. Above all, it felt less like networking and more like catching up with friends who happen to understand your work.

A heartfelt thank you to the Aveley team for opening their doors to us. If you haven’t visited yet, go support this wonderful local roaster.

Connection Over Competition, One Cup at a Time

Here’s what we keep coming back to. This city is full of talent, and there’s room for all of us to win. A simple Baltimore vendor coffee meetup might not seem like much. But when the right people gather with open hearts, something real gets built.

Connection beats competition, every single time. Our coffee table proved it all over again.
